Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation logistics.
- Optimize inventory turnover rates through advanced demand forecasting and S&OP processes.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and international freight carriers to minimize costs and transit times.
- Implement lean methodology across warehouse operations to increase throughput and accuracy.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and execute corrective actions.
- Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Oversee compliance with safety standards and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced WMS platforms.
- Deep understanding of Six Sigma or Lean supply chain principles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar logistics budgets.
- Professional certification (APICS CSCP or CLTD) is highly desirable.
