Responsibilities

  • Lead Operations Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to align with business goals and drive operational excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate forecasting, and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and suppliers to ensure service quality and reliability.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per unit, order accuracy, and delivery performance; generate actionable reports for executive leadership.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with local and international regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics management, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain management software; strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and strategic solutions.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a strong advantage.
