Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation vendor relationships.
- Analyze complex data sets to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain disruptions effectively.
- Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to increase operational margins.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and global quality standards.
- Oversee performance metrics and KPIs, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Drive digital transformation efforts by implementing advanced ERP and SCM software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or distribution management.
- Proven track record in managing global vendor partnerships and multi-modal freight networks.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and import/export documentation.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional certification such as CSCP, CLTD, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly advantageous.
