Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation management.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce operational costs.
- Develop and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve high-performance standards and KPI targets.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and create actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, safety protocols, and company quality standards.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through the integration of advanced WMS and TMS software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution management.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency in large-scale logistics environments.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- APICS (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, high-performing teams.
