Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the procurement and fulfillment process.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and third-party logistics partners to ensure performance SLAs are met.
- Analyze demand forecasting data to align production schedules with market trends.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across all warehouse operations.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Report directly to the COO on key performance indicators and budget adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics management.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar operational budgets.
- Strong certification credentials such as CSCP or CLTD (APICS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to regional sites.
