Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs while maximizing service levels.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and vendors.
- Oversee the logistics budget, ensuring financial targets are met through efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Finance) to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation and safety regulations.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and supply chain software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for site visits or vendor meetings.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
