We are seeking a visionary Senior Logistics Manager to spearhead our North American supply chain and distribution operations. Based in the strategic transit hub of Chicago, you will orchestrate end-to-end logistics strategies, drive continuous improvement across our warehouse networks, and lead a high-performing operations team.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive end-to-end supply chain and distribution strategies across North America.
- Manage partnerships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements (SLAs) with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight carriers.
- Leverage advanced Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to optimize routing, reduce transit times, and minimize freight spend.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of logistics coordinators, dispatchers, and procurement specialists.
- Collaborate with inventory planning and sales forecasting teams to optimize warehouse storage capacities and maintain ideal stock levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with DOT, OSHA, customs regulations, and international import/export laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or MS preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution management.
- Expert-level proficiency with modern TMS platforms, ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), and advanced data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar freight budgets and delivering quantifiable cost savings.
- Strong contract negotiation skills with an established network of carrier and 3PL contacts across North America.
- Industry certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are highly desirable.
