Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive end-to-end supply chain strategies to enhance scalability and resilience.
- Oversee multi-site warehouse operations, ensuring 99.9% inventory accuracy and peak throughput.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with global carriers and third-party logistics providers to optimize freight spend.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement across the value chain.
- Direct the integration of advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AI-driven demand forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align supply chain performance with long-term commercial objectives.
- Ensure stringent compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global logistics or supply chain management.
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an MBA with a focus on Operations.
- Professional certification highly preferred (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Black Belt).
- Proven track record of managing $100M+ annual logistics budgets with a focus on ROI.
- Advanced proficiency in Tier 1 ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle SCM).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.
- Strong interpersonal leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse cross-functional teams.
