Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize cost, service levels, and sustainability
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution
- Implement S&OP processes to align demand planning with inventory and capacity
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage logistics technology stack including TMS/WMS integrations and data analytics
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for global supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize network performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or APICS CSCP
- Proven track record optimizing multi-site distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing international logistics and customs compliance
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
