Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation networks, and distribution channels
  • Lead cross-functional teams in demand planning, procurement, warehouse management, and logistics coordination
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs and enhance service levels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, carriers, and 3PL partners
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancement
  • Oversee compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and sustainability standards
  • Manage annual supply chain budget and KPI reporting to executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
  • Expert knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and network modeling
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in crisis management and contingency planning
  • CSCP or CPIM certification highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across global teams
