Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation networks, and distribution channels
- Lead cross-functional teams in demand planning, procurement, warehouse management, and logistics coordination
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs and enhance service levels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, carriers, and 3PL partners
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancement
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and sustainability standards
- Manage annual supply chain budget and KPI reporting to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expert knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and network modeling
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in crisis management and contingency planning
- CSCP or CPIM certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across global teams
