Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management across 15+ countries
- Optimize inventory systems to achieve 95%+ service levels
- Implement AI-driven demand forecasting models with 90%+ accuracy
- Oversee customs compliance and international trade regulations
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8+ professionals
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics and warehousing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- APAC regional experience mandatory
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Oracle SCM
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (bonus for Japanese/Korean)
- Proven track record in cost reduction (15%+ average)
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
