Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce operational costs.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage relationships with key global suppliers and 3PL partners.
- Monitor end-to-end supply chain KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with sales targets and market trends.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on warehouse automation and process digitization.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of supply chain analysts and logistics coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep proficiency in statistical forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Proven ability to negotiate multi-million dollar contracts with international carriers.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing remote and hybrid teams.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desired.
