Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Manage relationships with key global vendors and 3PL providers to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement and logistics specialists.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and mitigate risks across the global supply network.
- Direct the integration of new ERP systems to enhance real-time tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing complex global logistics networks and cross-border operations.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong certification credentials such as CSCP or CLTD from APICS are highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and international partners.
