Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
- Oversee inventory management protocols to balance stock availability with capital efficiency.
- Collaborate with global logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of planners, analysts, and logistics specialists.
- Direct risk management initiatives to build supply chain resiliency against global market fluctuations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management or logistics within a global organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale procurement and vendor contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of global trade regulations, import/export compliance, and freight logistics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is highly desirable.
