Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance audits.
- Implement advanced ERP and inventory management solutions to streamline warehouse operations.
- Analyze logistics KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes in collaboration with sales and finance departments.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and freight forwarding.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
- Proven track record of scaling logistics networks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
