Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and lead times.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring high-quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable operational improvements.
- Oversee supplier relationship management, conducting regular performance audits and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to align supply goals with business growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to exceed KPIs regarding fulfillment and distribution efficiency.
- Oversee risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity across global logistics channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex service-level agreements and multi-million dollar contracts.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
