Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across diverse business units.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth.
- Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to secure favorable terms and build strong partnerships.
- Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization tools to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive data-backed decisions.
- Manage the implementation and optimization of supply chain technology solutions, including ERP and WMS systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and IT teams to align supply chain objectives with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization, logistics, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis) and advanced Excel.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience with global supply chains and international trade regulations is a plus.
