Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global supply chain strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee multi-modal transportation networks, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery across international borders.
- Lead strategic vendor negotiations and manage high-value supplier relationships to ensure business continuity.
- Implement advanced demand planning and inventory optimization models using AI-driven predictive tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to mitigate global risks and enhance supply chain resilience.
- Analyze complex KPIs and performance metrics to identify and resolve critical bottlenecks within the value chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in global supply chain or logistics leadership roles.
- Proven track record of optimizing complex distribution networks and significantly reducing operational costs.
- Deep expertise in Tier-1 ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced data visualization software.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with extensive experience managing international 3PL and 4PL providers.
- Professional industry certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or CPIM are highly desirable.
