Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and drive operational excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution, to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring optimal terms, quality, and delivery performance.
- Utilize advanced analytics and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to forecast demand, identify trends, and mitigate risks.
- Drive initiatives for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation within the supply chain function.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory optimization, logistics, and demand planning.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience with international logistics and global supply chain networks is a plus.
