Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory, logistics, and procurement processes
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-reduction strategies across the supply chain
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and service levels
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Implement and maintain ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for supply chain visibility
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in a global environment
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics network design
- Proven success implementing ERP systems and data-driven supply chain solutions
- Certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and sustainability frameworks
