Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution across 5+ strategic locations
- Develop and implement data-driven logistics optimization strategies reducing costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between procurement, warehousing, and transportation departments
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers and key suppliers
- Implement ERP system enhancements (SAP/Oracle) to improve supply chain visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Present supply chain performance metrics to C-suite executives quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of optimizing multi-site logistics operations with measurable cost savings
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and INCOTERMS
- Certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and CSCP highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management during supply disruptions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain modeling software
