Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in sourcing, procurement, logistics, and vendor management
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop risk mitigation plans for supply disruptions and ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with global partners to negotiate contracts and establish KPIs
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics and procurement processes
- Manage annual budgets and report on supply chain performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics management
- Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, JDA, or similar ERP systems)
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
