Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across logistics, procurement, and operations
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to identify optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships with key global suppliers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous improvement through lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics network design
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs and improving service levels
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
- CSCP or CPIM certification highly desirable
