Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Analyze market trends and data to forecast demand and mitigate supply risks
- Optimize transportation networks and negotiate vendor contracts
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance and report to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record in managing global logistics networks and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive decisions
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience in crisis management and supply chain disruption recovery
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
