Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies across 5 global markets
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in inventory management and demand forecasting
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and key suppliers
- Develop KPI-driven frameworks for logistics efficiency and sustainability metrics
- Manage cross-functional teams of 12+ professionals across procurement, warehousing, and transportation
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and optimize delivery times
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and performance dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS technologies
- Proven track record optimizing global logistics networks
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Experience leading cross-border compliance initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
