Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for 5+ distribution centers across North America
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory optimization, reducing carrying costs by 15% annually
- Negotiate contracts with 50+ key suppliers, achieving 10% cost reduction targets
- Implement and manage ERP/WMS systems to enhance visibility and operational efficiency
- Develop risk mitigation protocols for global disruptions, ensuring 99.5% on-time delivery
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous process innovation
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or retail
- Proven expertise in ERP/WMS implementation (SAP, Oracle, or JDA systems)
- CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM certification required
- Advanced data analytics skills with experience in Tableau or Power BI
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing international supplier relationships
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience managing teams of 15+ professionals in matrixed organizations
