Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations and reduce transportation costs by 20%
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and Tableau to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop risk mitigation plans for global disruptions and supplier reliability challenges
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular economy models
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for 50+ key suppliers
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste in warehousing and fulfillment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain management experience in manufacturing/distribution
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Experience managing international logistics and customs compliance
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification
- Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities
