Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor sourcing and contract negotiation to performance monitoring.
- Oversee inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize capital investment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing to align supply chain activities with corporate objectives.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations within a global environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep expertise in demand planning, logistics forecasting, and risk management strategies.
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or PMP is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
