Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
- Develop and monitor budgets to minimize costs while maximizing service levels.
- Lead a cross-functional team of logistics analysts and coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
