Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain networks using advanced analytics and modeling tools
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement ERP and SCM systems (SAP, Oracle) for inventory control
- Develop strategic sourcing plans with 15+ key vendors across North America and Asia
- Analyze logistics data to reduce transportation costs by 20% while improving delivery SLAs
- Manage compliance with international trade regulations (FDA, customs) and sustainability standards
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and geopolitical shifts
- Mentor supply chain analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership with 3+ years in management
- Certification in CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Green Belt required
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Experience managing international supply chains with customs compliance knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience
- Ability to lead complex projects under tight deadlines
