Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations and reduce transportation costs by 15-20%
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and advanced analytics tools to forecast demand and mitigate risks
- Develop vendor management relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs and improving delivery performance
- CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS certification required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and scenario planning
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing remote teams
