Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless integration
- Implement data-driven analytics using SAP and Oracle systems to forecast demand and mitigate supply risks
- Manage relationships with key vendors and 3PL partners to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and transportation management systems
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+ through process innovation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization tools
- CSCP or CPIM certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing cross-functional and international teams
