Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Lead vendor management relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Oversee inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Analyze logistics data using ERP/SAP systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate transportation networks including freight, warehousing, and distribution channels
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs related to supply chain efficiency
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics optimization software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive decisions
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM highly desirable
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-border logistics
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15% or more
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management across global teams
