Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute operational plans while maintaining KPIs
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs
- Oversee inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Drive digital transformation projects using SCM software (SAP, Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain management experience
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization, and distribution networks
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- Experience with international logistics and customs compliance
- Strong project management and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization
