Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze logistics data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and key vendors.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and lean methodologies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure supply chain performance targets are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
