Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Oversee inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse operations and fulfillment workflows.
- Utilize advanced supply chain analytics to forecast demand and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of our distribution network.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new technologies and ERP software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record in managing complex supply chain projects and delivering measurable cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and supply chain modeling software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in data visualization and demand forecasting tools.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD is highly preferred.
