Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing lead times by 20%+
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution operations for 3PL partners
- Analyze demand forecasting data using SAP and Power BI to optimize inventory levels
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with top-tier suppliers
- Develop risk mitigation plans for global supply chain disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics operations
- Report on KPIs to executive stakeholders monthly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA required)
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
- CSCP or CSCP certification preferred
- Experience managing cross-border logistics and customs compliance
- Leadership experience in matrix organizations
