Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations and reduce transportation costs by 15%+ annually
- Develop KPI dashboards for performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate vendor contracts and ensure cost-effective sourcing
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Drive digital transformation projects including WMS/TMS implementation and automation
- Manage crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in supply chain leadership with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma certification
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks across APAC markets
- Deep understanding of Singapore's regulatory environment and ASEAN trade corridors
- CSCP or CPIM certification highly desirable
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
