Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks across 3+ states
- Lead sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular economy models
- Optimize logistics operations through data analytics and AI-powered forecasting tools
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with strategic partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8+ supply chain professionals
- Develop KPI dashboards and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive supply chain management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- CSCP or CPIM certification required (CSCP preferred)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL
