Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain networks using advanced analytics and AI-driven forecasting tools
- Lead cross-functional S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes to align inventory, production, and distribution strategies
- Develop and implement risk mitigation protocols for global disruptions including geopolitical events and natural disasters
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, targeting 15% cost reduction annually
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with Tier 1 suppliers across 3PL providers
- Oversee warehouse automation projects including WMS implementation and robotic process integration
- Lead ESG initiatives in sustainable logistics, achieving 30% reduction in carbon footprint by 2025
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business; MBA preferred
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership with 3+ in managerial roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS platforms (Blue Yonder, Manhattan)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels while maintaining 99%+ service levels
- Experience managing cross-border logistics with NAFTA/USMCA compliance knowledge
- Advanced data analytics skills with proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities across C-suite and international teams
