Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and distribution channels
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost reduction
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership
- Expertise in inventory optimization and demand forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing global vendor networks
- Ability to lead transformation projects in matrix organizations
