Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for 3PL clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in S&OP planning and demand forecasting
- Optimize transportation networks and warehouse operations using TMS/WMS systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze KPIs to enhance inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service-level agreements
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (C-TPAT, ISF)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3PL experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and Power BI analytics
- CSCP or CPIM certification required (SCPro a plus)
- Experience leading cross-border logistics in North America
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and cost reduction
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
