Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics distribution.
- Analyze complex logistics data to identify trends, optimize routes, and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight carriers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics analysts and coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and international shipping regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and forecast demand.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
