Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and warehouse operations
- Implement and manage ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for supply chain visibility
- Analyze data to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain risks
- Coordinate with international partners to ensure seamless global distribution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and distribution networks
- Proven track record implementing ERP and supply chain visibility tools
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Exceptional leadership abilities with cross-functional team management
