- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Optimize inventory levels across 5+ distribution centers to minimize carrying costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean manufacturing principles
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Oversee transportation logistics and warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning for supply disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Experience managing cross-border logistics and customs compliance
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
