Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and logistics data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels, reducing carrying costs.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Oversee the implementation of logistics software and technology upgrades to enhance visibility and tracking.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain analysts and coordinators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Expert knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
