Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple North American sites.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving process improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service levels and pricing.
- Oversee inventory management strategies, ensuring high stock accuracy and reduced carrying costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and sales to align operational goals with company objectives.
- Implement advanced supply chain technologies, including ERP and predictive analytics tools.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distribution operations and multi-site inventory systems.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
