Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce costs by 15% while improving delivery reliability
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory optimization, warehouse management, and transportation planning
- Analyze market trends to develop risk mitigation strategies for global supply disruptions
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate vendor contracts and secure strategic partnerships
- Oversee implementation of ERP/WMS systems and data analytics for performance tracking
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon footprint reduction and ethical sourcing programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics network design
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or advanced supply chain software (Tableau/Power BI a plus)
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
