Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing inventory levels, transportation networks, and distribution channels
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, achieving 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for global disruptions, ensuring 99.5% on-time delivery performance
- Oversee ERP system integrations (SAP/Oracle) for real-time supply chain visibility
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners across North America
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon footprint analysis and circular economy practices
- Generate executive dashboards and KPIs for C-suite decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network modeling
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM, JDA, and Tableau analytics
- Demonstrated success in crisis management and contingency planning
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification
- Experience with international trade compliance and customs regulations
