Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and supplier relationships
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement processes
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between logistics, warehousing, and transportation
- Manage compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization and data analytics implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization, logistics network design, and procurement strategy
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong understanding of lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- CSCP, CSCP, or CPIM certification preferred
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-functional teams
